Alexander Fox

Alexander Fox played basketball at the University of Idaho in the early 1920s.

Fox, a Moscow native, was the captain of the 1922 team when Idaho made its debut in the Pacific Coast Conference and won the league championship. He was named to the All-Coast and All-America teams in 1923 and also led the league in free throw shooting that year. He was also a great player on the Vandal baseball team. Alexander is the younger brother of fellow North Idaho hall of fame member Richard Fox.
